Questions Before You Print

Can I print barcode labels directly from my Excel or CSV file?
Yes. Simply upload your spreadsheet (.xlsx, .xls, or .csv) containing your product data (such as SKU, Product Title, Barcode/EAN, and MRP). You can map and drag each column directly onto your label canvas, choose your barcode symbology (Code 128, EAN-13, or QR code), and export a batch print-ready PDF.
Is my product catalog data private and secure?
100% private. This tool operates entirely inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your Excel files, product names, SKUs, and pricing are never sent or stored on any remote server.
Which barcode format should I choose for e-commerce products?
Code 128 is the universal standard for e-commerce, warehouse management, and marketplace inventory (including Amazon FNSKU and Flipkart SKU labels) because it supports alphanumeric characters. If you have an official 13-digit GS1 barcode for retail packaging, select EAN-13. For website links or serial tracking, select QR Code.
What thermal printer sizes are supported?
The tool includes pre-configured presets for popular thermal roll sizes: 50×25mm (standard product & jewelry SKU tag), 50×38mm (MRP apparel tag), 100×50mm (box/bin label), and 100×150mm (4×6 inch shipping label), as well as standard A4 24-up sticker sheets and fully custom millimeter dimensions. It works with all thermal printers including TSC, Zebra, TVS, Rollo, and Citizen.
Can I print different quantities for each product SKU?
Yes! If your spreadsheet includes a Quantity or Stock column (e.g. 'Qty: 15'), select the 'Use Quantity Column' option. The PDF generator will automatically print 15 identical barcode labels for that SKU, matching your exact batch size.
